Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Region Estimated Delivery Time
Domestic (within Puerto Rico) 2 - 5 business days
International 7 - 15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In some cases, we offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Pre-Orders:
If your order includes items marked as Pre-Order, please note the following:

  • Pre-order items are not in stock yet and will ship at a later date.

  • The estimated shipping date for each pre-order product is listed on the product page.

  • If you purchase in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is available.

  • Shipping times apply after the pre-order item is released and shipped.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We appreciate your patience and support while we prepare your item!

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it:

  • Please first check with neighbors, your local post office, or building management.

  • If it still can’t be located, contact us at bebeleonpr@gmail.com and we will assist in filing a claim.

  • Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or using package protection services if available.

International Orders

We do ship internationally; however, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs, duties, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Buyers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their local customs authorities.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or for packages rejected due to unpaid fees.

Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
